I think Billy is absolutely adorable! He's a 38 year old, 5'11", 150# painter, who has a unique relationship with his buddy. Both he and T.J. are basically straight, but enjoy and feed off of each other's sexuality. Their participation is very limited, but the attraction they have for one another is obvious.
